Learn why The Care and Feeding of the True Duffer is the ultimate book for duffers who want to improve, save money—or enjoy side-splitting laughter

The Care and Feeding of the True Duffer: A Guide to Golf in the Real World well may be the first book written by a duffer for duffers—those downtrodden golfers who have been inexorably hooked on the game for decades but aren't, never have been and are unlikely ever to be better than below-average players.

Yet The Care and Feeding of the True Duffer offers compelling evidence that a duffer can provide advice to fellow duffers that actually might improve their games more than that rendered by a professional golfer and offers countless tips on how duffers, and perhaps even accomplished golfers and certainly newcomers to the sport, can save considerable money on their favorite passion.

And in a genre that has produced many classics, author Dennis Vannatta, who admittedly will never play in the Masters, has produced a hilariously funny masterpiece that is filled with humorous anecdotes that will be treasured not only by duffers, but by novices, skilled players or anyone who enjoys side-splitting laughter.
